After the Dunbar race and the publication of the results, we reviewed how to better support our clock officers and provide members with a faster, more efficient results service.
The options available for submitting clock sheets/results are:
Therefore, we will be trialling a new process for submitting results from Clock Stations for the remainder of the season.
Only the ‘official Clock Station Officer’ will now have the option to email their members’ arrival sheets, helping to save both time and postage costs.
- Results produced on TPRS, they will be uploaded directly to us (This is the best way)
- Email your members’ result/clock page along with the verification certificate to clocktimes@nrcc.org.uk making sure the ‘arrival time print out sheet’ is full screen without anything cut off (see example below).
- Please note we will ‘not’ accept WhatsApp or text messages and will only accept emails from CSO’s
- The paper results must then be posted and you have the option of 2nd class to save you postage costs.
- Post the results the next working day using a next day delivery service
