Since its conception in 2023 when the NRCC futurity race was concieved with rings being offered to all members of recognised unions of the united kingdom the RPRA, NEHU, NPA,SHU WHU NWHU so because the NRCC wanted its futurity race to promote the NRCC & its concept of distance racing it wanted to allow everyone
